Attenuators
Designed with Honeywell's patented SOI CMOS technology, the attenuators  feature low insertion loss and high performance. They offer the unique  combination benefits of low DC power consumption found in CMOS with the  attenuation accuracy and GHz frequency range of a GaAs product. We offer attenuators in both serial and parallel architectures in small, space  saving 4 x 4 mm QFN packages. Differentiating features of the Honeywell  attenuators include low insertion loss, fast settling time after switching states, accurate attenuation of radio frequency (RF) signal  amplitude with serial or parallel digital control.

Switches
Honeywell's family of RF switches offer the highest performance in  wireless base stations and broadband communication applications. Our  four models of switches are manufactured with Honeywell's patented SOI  (Silicon-On Insulator) CMOS technology to provide first in class  isolation levels.

In addition to providing low power consumption in an ultra small package, our family of switches offer integrated CMOS control logic with built-in ESD protection. Attributes of Honeywell  switches ideally suit a wide range of wireless applications, including  cellular, PCS (Personal Communications Service), GSM (Global System for  Communications) base stations and 2.4 GHz WLAN (Wireless Local Area  Networks). Differentiating features of the Honeywell switches include  low insertion loss, high channel-to-channel isolation and fast switching time (<20ns).

Each model provides unique attributes to  address the flexibility, performance levels and cost you're looking for. For example, our SW1020 RF switch pair boasts an isolation level of  >50 dB @ 1 GHz to meet high performance requirements. For  applications requiring integrated decoders and ultra low DC power, our  SW1030/31 RF switches are designed to operate with a "completely off"  state. All our switches are compatible with either 50 and 75 Ohm  systems.
